Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
The Ceramic Heater with Adjustable Thermostat is perfect for those chilly days in your home or at the office. Its smaller size provides effective, consistent heating and won't get in the way. Its convenient carry handle makes it easy to transport from the floor to the table to wherever warm air is needed the most. With three settings and an adjustable thermostat you can set the heater to your liking.

5 out of 5 stars Love this heater!   January 7, 2009

Love this heater so much I bought two. One for my bedroom and one for my living area. It is small, light, and doesn't get hot to the touch. Some say a downside is that it doesn't blow/spread the heat around. I don't have that issues because I have ceiling fans through out my house.

4 out of 5 stars solid performance   January 6, 2009

This little heater is inexpensive but ideal for my purpose -- keeping pipes from freezing in unheated outbuildings -- when powered through a Thermo Cube Thermo Cube TC-3.

What a great product.

Easitly heats up my room. And not too noisy to boot.,

Have been using this for a week now. Got it to warm up my studio apartment which is large for NY size, and whose heating unit barely warms up. I needed something that would supplement it. This one works just great. It warms up the surrounding in no time. The hum that several reviewers have mentioned is there, but is not loud (the sound is similar to when you have a fan on). It is light and portable so its easy to move around the room.

Couldn't ask for more. An excellent product in compact size and provides the necessary heating. The body might seem made of flimsy plastic at first but it is quite robust and does the job perfectly.

A single unit probably covers about 200-300sq ft of floor space. Go for it. You wont go wrong.

My only concern was around the amount of power this seems to draw. I live in a 50 yr old Manhattan building and the power outlet gets terribly hot even at the low power setting. I run the a/c during summers from the same outlet without any issues so I think this unit needs some good electrical wiring in the house.
